unable to pay my bill!

Second time this week I've logged in to try to pay my bill, no go. Tried calling, they sent me a link, it's a dead link, what a bunch of **bleep**. Called back to try to talk to a live person, no go, told me I needed my account #, which I have, then hung up on me. Do you just want me to not pay?
