- Lift the handset and listed for the dial tone.
- Press * 60.
- Listen to the recording for instructions on how to turn your Call Block service on or off, and how to change or review your Call Block list. The phone numbers you enter on your Call Block list will be repeated to you.
- You may add the number of the last person who called you to your Call Block list by following the recorded instructions. If the last person who called invoked the privacy option (dialed *67), you will hear a recording telling you the number is a private number. If your list becomes full, erase one number so you can add another.
If you are still having issues, send me a private PM and I can take a look at your account for you!

Yep. *60 doesn't even connect. Why is it so hard to find answers to simple questions? Why isn't there a support item: HOW TO BLOCK PHONE NUMBERS. DONE!

contact your local cust srvc group, 800-Verizon.
You may need to add a feature to ur acct. Such as call block. if it wont connect, its probably bc you dont have it on your acct.
not only that but you'll wanna double check to make sure the number is something you can have blocked.
Landline cannot block callers from outside calling areas, cell phones or business numbers (800 #s)
Or if they're coming in as "private" then you may need to look at another option.
Hope this helps!

You want to add the feature called Call Intercept. It costs about $6 a month and allows you to block up to 20 phone numbers
