For some unknown reason Verizon reset my home voice mail , causing me to reset my system like I just got it. My question is this I lost some saved voice mails ,some of which were from my grand daughter who at the time was about 5 or six she's 12 now. IM wondering if there is any way to retrieve them.?? I realize i should have saved these on a different media. My stupid mistake
