I have 2 separate phone lines at my house, the "primary" line is connected to 6 jacks in the house and the "secondary" line is connected to 2 jacks. I ordered a bundle with phone service and high speed internet. The phone line that Verizon activated is my secondary line and so only 2 jacks in my house work. I don't know why this line was activated instead of the other. Can this problem be fixed at a Central Office?

If both lines of your house are hooked up to the Verizon Fiber Optic box on the outside of the house, then it should be an easy switch on our end. We are going to need to get some information from you first. I have sent you a private message on this.
