3 times Installation fee

Since 2011 I had pay 3 times Installation fee. Every time I move to a new place I have to pay for that fee, although I always use my own router and I do know how to setup the router by myself. I have Bachelor’s degree in information system/management from Taiwan and Computer science bachelor’s degree in America, UMBC. This time I really don’t feel like to pay that installation fee again just for making this place “Verizon FiOS ready” so that next person can have “Verizon FiOS ready” apartment.
I would like to cancel my order, please.

You have to call 1-800-VERIZON doubtful a customer helping customer forum will cancel your order.
