Allow traffic from certain ports on IoT network to normal network?

I have the G3100 router. My security camera is on the IoT network. How can I configure it to be able to access port 21 on my main network?

The IoT network is not Firewalled from the main network. You can directly access the camera's 21 port from the main network.
