I'm only a tenant in an NY apartment building. I requested for Fios to be installed in my area. I got an email back that it'll happen soon... my question is do I need to take any steps in this process? Will Fios/Verizon get into contact with the landlord? Is that even necessary?
Verizon technician needs the landlord’s permission to install equipment on the premise.
