My router updated to 3.2.0.7 approximately 2 weeks ago. Immediately the Access Control feature was broken. The checkboxes that used to appear on each rule that allowed you to enable/disable the rule are now gone. So is the status indicator that displayed whether each rule was enabled or not. In my case I had enabled several rules at night and the next morning when I went to disable them, the router had apparently updated overnight and the ability to disable the rules was gone. There are several other interface anomalies as well due to the update, but none as critical as this.
I spent several hours between 3 different agents on chat support and 2 different agents and 'premium support' and their solution was to replace the router. Even more frustrating was that none were even familiar with how to find out when firmware updates were issued. None of them were even aware of the fact that you could back up and restore settings from the router.

Yup this release seems to be a mess.
Status shows offline even though I'm using it right now not to mention the dead static routes 😞

Good thing absolutely no one from Verizon responded. Shows how little they care. Time to explore switching back to Optimum.
