Bury fios cable - technician did not show up

I had the fios internet installed and was told that another technician would come on site to the cable. I was told someone would be here on 9/30. I waited all day at home and nobody showed up. Can someone please let me know who I should contact to follow up? This is not the first time. The technician also missed the first installation appointment, but I was directed to the dispatch team when I called. That option is no longer available.
