Cannot access any China Edu website from verizon

Cannot access any China edu website like

 http://www.edu.cn/

or www.sjtu.edu.cn 

or https://mail.zju.edu.cn/

but I can access them from my mobile carrier network.

It happened in just this month. 

Is anyone having the same issue?
