Cannot apply port forward settings from website

This web page, which is supposed to apply port forwarding, essentially does nothing:

My Verizon

Can I login to my router remotely?

Why is Verzion support unhelpful on every platform available?

Could you screenshot the port forwarding settings page on your account router control panel? Please block off all the account information of course.

I ask what you are trying to port forward because hosting services on a residential account may be a violation of the ToS.

App and corporate website changes router's setting through asynchronous pulls, which introduces delays.

Why don't you directly set them up through the router's GUI?

Also what are you trying to port forward?

Because I'm not physically at that location, which was the reason for my second question of how to manage it remotely otherwise.

Also what are you trying to port forward?

Is that relevant?
