Dishonest Verizon Fios billing

I cancelled my service two months ago, and the agent told me they would provide partial refund, that is why used 3 days of service in July (paid in full, and expecting refund). I followed up a few times, first time was told i should wait for longer, second time they told me the check has been mailed to me, third time told me i should wait for another bill, today they told me there's no refund at all. I have never received any refund.
Was just told that I have to pay the monthly charge in full, and there's nothing they could do, and that is their rule.
VOID VERIZON. this is a tryly dishonest company.
