I've got a problem, and one solution from Verizon is to try chat. EVERY TIME I've tried I was told that chat is not available. Now, maybe my time selection is bad, but geez, it's 10 am and it's not available. Anyone ever gotten through on chat? What are their hours?
with live chat, when I click on contact us, it always shows live chat unavailable, but it checks and then refreshes after about 15 seconds. and THEN it's available.
if live chat never goes available while waiting on the contact us webpage, then that would be odd.
