Does anyone know when the, ("fix slow internet speed" link on support page), will be working?

This link,  fix slow internet speed on support page does not work. Does anyone from Verizon know why its not working?

This is a customer helping customer forum. I would say contact Verizon at 1-800-VERIZON and select tech support. All that click link does is run a diagnostic which many times does not fix the issue. I advocate getting real human help.
