Every since the change with the guide my service has been terrible!!! It's extra extra slow. I put new batteries in remotes and it not that. Were we suppose to get new remotes or something. My internet is slow in some areas of the house. I really want to change my service and I've had Verizon for over 20 years!!!
I've rebooted my system so don't tel me to do that! It's not the answer to everything!!
Its like the remote goes to a different system. I don't know what to do really! I'm so frustrated!

I can only help you with internet slow here. Can you run a speed test? What subscription speed do you have? What’s your latency or ping time?

Welcome to the forums. You're talking to other users here.
The guide update has nothing to do with internet speed. Lots of people are not happy with the update they pushed in September. A new update was pushed before Thanksgiving, and it resolved some issues. Another update (APR 7.8) is in the process of being released now. Depending on where you live you may not have it yet. For example, southeastern PA won't get it until 1/15 or so.
There is no change to remotes with the new guide version. If your remotes are linked to the wrong set-top-boxes, that can be resolved. I suggest you pop over the TV forum and a folks there will help.

As for internet speed and WiFi coverage, we can help you on this thread. Slow internet in some parts of the house can be improved by adding extenders or a mesh network, as a single router doesn't have unlimited range. If you tell us your router model number, subscribed speed and more details about the problem, we can give you better guidance.
If you want to contact Verizon support, use the chat or phone options. There should be a "contact us" link at the bottom of these pages.
