I signed up for FIOS that included a Samsung Promotional Offer -- $200 Chormbook or other equipment.
3 Months later, and having talked to a least 10 Verizon agents I have not been able to redeem.
I have also received the email telling me it is time to redeem offer.
Verizon keeps telling me it will appear, next week then the week after and so on.
Be very wary on these offers that Verizon is making.
