New customer here...
I was told there would be no installation fee, but it is showing up on my first bill. I have a screenshot of when I downgraded the package prior to Installation showing there would be no installation fee, as well.
Another thing is that there is no Auto-pay discount. Prior to installation, I tried to set up Auto-pay, but the system kept saying to 'Try Again Later' (I have a screenshot of that as well).
Is there any way to get Verizon support either on here or through email or private messages? (I want my interactions to be documented)
Thanks...

It is more helpful for you to post under Verizon Accounts.

Try using the support link here. Real Verizon help and private and confidential.
you must join for free.

verizon is noted for this fee not being waived so good luck. I can tell you privately how to get them to listen. But try this method first.

OR they could use Verizon on Twitter as it is the same group of people.

Good idea. They use to be crappy on Twitter but I see they have improved.
(kudo for you ) since for some reason it cannot be done the proper way.
which does not surprise me.
