Fios. 2.4Ghz not connecting suddenly. G3100 router

Recently my Fios router has had the 2.4Ghz network disconnect. It's been showing "Disconnected" now for 3 days. 5G works fine - but I have devices that only work on 2.4Ghz that now won't connect at all.
I tried switching off SON - but (perhaps unsurprisingly) that just means that only the 5G network shows up with 2.4Ghz not appearing. Any ideas? I hadn't done anything at all to the Wifi for several months before this occurred. I've got two smart home power outlets that connect to it, and one writing device (Freewrite traveler). Thanks!

That sounds like a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting Verizon Technical Support?
