Fios Cable has not been buried since July/August of 2022

Hello,

 

Verizon Fios was installed in our community in July/August of 2022. They have never buried the cable in our yard and it is out in the elements and also risks being run over with snow blowers and lawn mowers. How do we get someone from Verizon out to Bury the cable please?
