Fios Internet In My Location.

Verizon could I get some information on when verizion fios will be available at {edited for privacy}

it is currently available for apartment 1-26 but I am in the 100's.  I have been trying to find out for months. I have gone in to the Verizon Office, I have called, and I have chatted with a rep online and no one can tell me when Verizon Fios will be available in my area.
