Fios Order is On Hold - Move In Date is Closing!

Hello,
I placed an order about 1 month ago for Fios Gigabit internet. It comes with a provided free router, but I see that my order is still on hold. I immediately provided proof of residency, but I see that my order is still on hold:
"We're reviewing the information you sent and we'll be reaching out to you soon. if you have any questions, please call us at 1.800.Verizon."
My move in date is on 9/10, and that leaves only 5 days to complete the order and mail the router. Can I please have this looked at?
