Fios cable still not buried

We moved back into our renovated house over 15 months ago and the Fios cable is still laying loose on the grass with red tap on it. How do I get Verizon to come out and bury it? I just called and the wait time is 60-90 min. Not doing that.....

Log in to your verizon account and under support go to "other support issues" and you can do a chat or by phone have an agent call you by providing your number.
