Fios is available in the building, but not in my unit. I see other units have installed Fios . I called customer service and they were not able to add my unit to the fios service. Please help.
Please contact Fios support (24/7/365) through social media channels (Twitter or Facebook) or online chat. This is likely an availability database error, or there is no more GPON splice available.
