Geolocator not working G3100

I am trying to access draftkings fandual. the geolocator says it cannot verify my location. I have unchecked the DNS rebind on my g3100. The geo locator still doesn't work. from other posts I am sure it is a g3100 issue.

1. How do I fix?

2. is it possible to whitelist domains rather than taking off the rebind (assuming I get it to work at all)

Could you try to plug in an Ethernet cable directly between the ONT and your computer? And test again to see whether geolocation is working. Notice this test would expose your computer on the public Internet, so you should enable your computer's firewall before attempting.
