Getting bills after closing account

Dear Sir,

 To cancel my account I called/Chat for 10 times. Finally my account got cancelled. After cancellation I spoke to your executives for 5 more time regarding amount billed. They said I can ignore my payment becoz I can celled within 3 days of insytallation.

Last week I got a bill for $49.99. Today morning I  did a chat conversation. I was told to call Verizon customer care and give the chat id they will take care for waive off of my amount.I called them and put me on hold for 45 mins. Finally I disconnected. Being on phone for 45 mins is very tough during working hours. Finally I disconnected my call.  Unforytunately we cant call after 5PM to Verizon.I request you to close this issue and  process to have the bill of $49.99 waived. Most of the time I am spending on Verizon cancellation since 2 months.
