Dear Verizon,
As many will tell you in the Hampton Roads Area that we are all held hostage by COX Communication! After many years of being forced to use them Fios came to my "old neighborhood" now we have moved into the Willow Oaks section of Hampton, Va (23669) - and once again have ended up in the hands of COX! I find it very hard to believe just moving 3 miles away - Fios Service is unavailable in our subdivision. EVERYONE who leaves here prays that you will come SOON! Please inform us if FIOS is expanding coverage....
Sorry to hear it is unavailable in your area. Unfortunately I don't think it will be any time soon if all. Verizon looks like they are using all resources to build the 5G network now. New FiOS builds will most likely be postponed.
Verizon has stated they are not expanding outside of where they already have Fios services. However Fios has over the last year opened up their footprint for expansion.
however like the previous poster stated it may not happen. Or happen right away.
