How to set TCP www timeout on G3100?

Anybody know how to go about doing this?
Apparently, this fixes issues between Alexa and Harmony.

TCP resides on the Transport layer (4th layer) of the OSI model. Off-the-shelf switches and routers reside mainly on layers 2 and 3. You need a customized router to do that.
You can buy a $40 Pi and a USB dongle to build a router with that feature. Of course, this requires some time and knowledge.
