How to stop verizon from billing after canceling connection

I canceled my fios connection but continue to see bills from Verizon. The customer support website takes me through answering several questions and then suggests i call 800-837-4966, which a verizon wireless support number. I never had verizon wireless and this support number is asking for one. Is there a dedicated fios support line.
Has anyone else had experience with improper billing

i did - that's where i got a pop up to call the number i mentioned in my post.
What was also odd was that the pop up said enter your number for verizon to call you but then quickly changed to call verizon at this number. i figured maybe some glitch in the system
