On June 8th, 2018 I signed my 2 year agreement and since then after being reliable all these months has been not the same. What Verizon feels they have you trapped for 2 years now they can srew up the Internet. If this keeps up there are other providers that would even pay whatever I might owe ending my agreement just for me to jump ship which is what I'm considering at this point

That may be true, but you are not a hostage. You did not say what the problems were.
this is a customer helping customer forum. So the preaching is not going to sway folks.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooters to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, Fios TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair. You can find these tools that may help you diagnose your issue on the Verizon Residential Support page:

Verizon has no incentive to make Internet service worse after two years. After all, if after two years your new customer promotion lapses, what incentive does Verizon have to charge more and give less?
What sort of problems are you seeing?
