Internet service is horrible...

I get constant time-outs on simple websites, frequent disconnects or no internet service.   No support phone number provided on web site, and chat box now requires a login prompt, which doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get support?   Or should I just bite the bullet, and let this customer of over 10 years move to another provider?
