New internet services delayed by another 3 weeks after a mont-long wait

I have placed an oreder on January 16 and was told that they will require 1 month to do the work outside prior to actual set up in the house. Since I was still in the process of moving, that was acceptable. Today I was informed by an e-mail that they need another 3 weeks to do the actual work (none was done in the previous month). I often work from home and have school age kids who absolutely need the internet and a stay at home wife. To say I am angree is an understatment. How do I file a complaint to the corporate?
Meanwhile, exploring other options.
Verizon is not starting well with me (if ever).
