No internet with ethernet

Hello,

I just got 500M Fios installation on Friday, wifi works, but laptop has no internet when directly connected to Frontier router/modem via ethernet.  Laptop was able to go online 3 days ago with Spectrum, so the ethernet is not bad.  Please help!

Wrong forum. You want to call frontier internet.

verizon sold off portions of their business to them.
