ONT missing power adapter

I moved into a new place this week, excited to learn that I can get FIOS (finally!).  I order the Gigabit super fast internet plan, it says they are shipping me the router.  The router arrived last night, I eagerly plug in the the router power and ethernet.  No luck, solid red globe light.

At this point, I remember that I saw the ONT in the balcony closet for my unit.  I investigate, and it doesn't have power, no lights are on.  In looking at it, I see what looks like fiber line going into floor, probably down to the garage.  Then there is a cat 5e ethernet cable going into my apartment through the wall.  The only other cable I see, is 3 small wires, also going into my apartment.  I go back into my apartment, and I see what looks like a plug for a computer fan (3 pin JST?).  So I can only assume that was what plugged into the power adapter, and the previous renters of my apartment must have unplugged the power adapter and taken it with them.

What are my options?  Could I buy just the power adaptor from verizon?  Or do I have to schedule a Verizon technician to come fix the issue?

Thank you.

Call 1-800-VERIZON it will need a tech visit. If this is initial install they should have sent someone out to verify the service is functional. They can do this over the phone and then send someone out. It is best to get an American tech between 8 am until 5 pm EDT after I think 6 pm you get foreign support.

Weekends have limited support and longer wait times.

Thank you for the reply.  I ended up doing as you said, support initially was trying to have me pick up a part, but I ended up just scheduling a technician for tomorrow.  I am much more confident of him solving the issue, than me trying to debug things myself heehee.

Thanks!
