There's no way to watch pay-per-view events online or in any app - only on your actual TVs in your FiOS home.
I don't know if any other cable providers allow for this but probably the ppv content owners are extremely worried about piracy (as ppv events bring in so much money), so I'd guess that ppv will be a very "late adopter" with regard to digital platforms.
