Order never completed properly and no one can fix it!

So last month I ordered 300/300 service. A technician came and installed a new router for us but the original order for service was messed up by the sales person. The order was posted dated for July! I have called Verizon 10 times now and wasted hours of my life trying to get the problem fixed. They were finally able to delete the order for July but now I’m being charged for gig speed service and I didn’t order that. This is also something I’ve spoke to Verizon about multiple times and it still isn’t fixed! Last time I called I was assured the 300/300 service is what I have but when I check the app the service I have is still gig and it won’t let me change it myself! The app tells me to call Verizon about it! Help!
