Over 60 days and Verizon has not buried wifi line

Our neighbor hit our wifi line while mowing grass in September (shows how shallow they install the lines). Verizon came out and ran a new temporary line all of the way down our road to the box 2000'. It runs across 3 of our neighbors driveways and their yards and is exposed down the whole road. It's been cut once since then. They came out and spliced in a repair but the line needs to be buried before it is hit again and I have to spend another day there waiting for a repair tech, be without internet, and deal with the ridiculous of getting on the phone with someone at Verizon to even schedule another repair appointment. Especially with the cold weather now, I am concerned that it will be hit if we have any snow and the road is plowed.
Miss Utility has marked on the road near the box but not our property. I have reached out twice to Verizon, they have created a ticket and said someone will be in touch within 24-48hrs. No one called and now the ticket status says closed.
We have an underground sprinkler system, dog fence, and landscaping electric that we will need to mark and they will also need to bore under our driveway. So we would like some notice as to when this will be completed. This is ridiculous.
