Hi everyone, I just started Verizon Fios Gig Speed Internet and I can connect all my devices except for my two kids Dell Google Chromebook and my wife's Samsung 21 Galaxy Android Phone. I have a hotspot and tried these devices on the hotspot and they get Wifi so I know it's something with the router or the Google settings. All of our other devices (Apple, Windows 10 products) all work.
All the devices recognize our network/router and says connected but no Wifi. I also tried changing DNS to google and still no luck. I did speedtests in the areas the google devices are located and they all clock in around 500-700 mb speed so speed is not an issue either. Anyone have any solution?
Have you enabled Home Network Protection, Parental Control, and/or MAC address blocking?
