A while ago I installed the My Fios app on my phone to assist with changing parental controls. I recently needed to remove some of the parental controls that I had initially installed on the router, but it won't let me change the parental control settings. I can't find the controls I am trying to delete in the My Fios app. What is the easiest way to do this? I have an Arcadyan G3100 router

Try logging into the router at https://myfiosgateway.com using the credentials found on the back of the router. There should be a "Parental Controls" section right in the top or side navigation for you to get to those settings.
