i received an email on 01/16/19 stating my contract was almost up and that if i renewed before 03/09 I would get a free year of amazon prime AND a echo for free. so i renewed 5 days later on 01/21/19. now i go to redeem and i can only get the echo and not the free year of prime. what gives? i got passed around for over an hour with no resolution only to be told that i only got a choice of one or the other. i've been a loyal verizon customer for the past 4 years. why do you do this to me now. apparently i'm not the only one having this issue
