Verizon Fios Speed Test Keeps Saying Failed

For some reason, each time I try attempt to do a Verizon Fios Internet Speed Test, it keeps saying, test failed. I just spoke with Verizon by chat and I was told to reboot my WiFi 6 Fios Router and to clear the cookies on my computer. I did both and I continue to get a fail test from the Verizon Internet Speed Test link.

The interesting thing, when I use the link for Verizon Internet Speed Test, it works.

Has any of Verizon Fios consumers had this problem? My Internet is working fine and I have no problems streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Tubi TV. Maybe Verizon Fios is having problems with the speed test?

Using the main URL, my testing gets stuck at the 49 second mark (download speed test portion) when checking my smartphone.
I haven't tried a direct connected computer yet.

I am just waking up and I tried using the Verizon Fios Speed Test link and it is now working. Maybe Verizon Fios Speed Test was down early this morning when I attempted to run a speed test on my Internet.
