Welcome Offer Not Working!

Like many others on here, I was told I would get a Welcome Offer of a $200 gift card. I have been receiving emails to redeem, but when I follow the directions of logging into my account and clicking on offers, I get an error of "Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided." Has anyone ever figured out how to get this resolved? I keep getting the run around and it's impossible to get a hold of a live person who knows anything about rewards.
