Hello there.
I have an ONT at home because i was previosly a customer. I signed up for the triple play service now and currently waiting on the settop box to be shipped. They are letting me install everything myself. I was wondering, since i already have an ONT, why can't they give me internet while i wait?
I would assume they have the service activation date for all services at once for billing purposes.
Have you contacted support to see if they can do anything?
