All of my devices suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I checked my router and everything was fine with my router. After a few hours of troubleshooting, I figured out that Verizon had somehow reset my WiFi passwords to their original passwords when I had signed up.
I had to manually go back and make my passwords back to what I wanted. My question is, how could my passwords reset like that? How can I prevent that from happening again? It was very aggravating.

Sometimes a firmware update can set it back. So just make a note of when it did it.
if it happens again, call Verizon and get a new router from them.
