Every device connected to the 2.4 ghz network is being told it has the incorrect password. Even when I change the password and try to log in with the new password, I get the same error message.

First go back into the router, under the 2.4 & 5 Ghz bands change it to the same password. Then SAVE the settings.
go into each device and select “forget network” then turn off the device and then back on it should find the SSID of your network, then try logging on.

Are you doing it from the FiOS app? Or logging into router?
I would hardwire into the router and check. Go to myfiosgateway.com
login with credentials on router sticker go wireless settings and make sure it changed. If it did go to you devices and forget the network and then reconnect.
That would be my guess if you only changed the password. If the SSID is still the same your device is still trying to authenticate using the old password.
