Wifi Connect

Has anyone recently used the Wifi Connect?  I got a new laptop and installed Wifi Connect s/w on it.  When I was at a hot spot I was not able to log in.  I received an authentication error.  I know the username and password was correct.

Hey jumpin68ny, here's a WiFi support # 877-269-9441 if you're still having issue connecting to WiFi.

Thanks for the direct number to Wifi Connect Support.  Things have been reset and so I went to Starbucks and it seems to work.  But at the same time Starbucks no longer charges to use their wifi.  I need a boingo hot stop to verify this is truly working.
