I have two network names that are available to use.
XXXX-5G (5GHZ)
XXXX (2.4 GHz) Does it matter which one to use to connect with the internet? And what does the 5GHz or 2.4 GHz indicate?

The 2.4 GHz band has better range hut lower speeds. The 5 GHz band has less range but faster speeds.
It doesn't really matter which one as long as you are getting the speed you need.
