discriminatory customer service supervisor

I spoke with a customer service supervisor "MISS WILLIAMS" in billing and financial services this morning at 11/30 at 11:47 who was rude and nasty regarding my disabled adult son. She was nasty and just kept repeating the same reasoning over and over again and then when challenged she changed her reasoning and just hung up on me. I would like to file a formal complaint but it is very difficult to find out how to do that efficiently. I would really like a response because I intend to follow through with this complaint.
