I currently have fios 75/75, an 11 year old connection. I am upgrading to gigbit on Wednesday. I have the box outside the house and thickish white wires inside. Will they have to replace all the wiring from the outside to the new router?

The box outside is the ONT. Depending on the type of model that will need to be upgraded. They will also have to run cat 5e/cat 6 ethernet wiring from the ONT to the router. The thick white wire is RG6 coax and Verizon limits speed on that to 100/100 mbps.
