my quantum gateway says 'bridge' on my wifi connections. a replacement quantum did same. How do i stop it. some of the connections (nest products) are not working well.
Support has been no help seemingly not understanding me. I do not have a second router. Help!
This started while I was away and there were storms in area
Simple fix is to simply hit the reset button on the back of the router.
then login with the original network name and password on the routers sticker.
i am also wondering if you have network extenders? If so it may be that your extenders are showing as connected to achieve WiFi in your home.
You could also also just go and purchase your own router and use that. And not deal with the Quantum at all.
