I recently switched to Verizon and need to make a change to a static IP address to allow remote access to server. How do I make this change?

Hi @sym1st the inly way to make this change is by converting over to a Business Internet service.
Static IPs are only available for Business Internet customers.

Static IPs would require Fios Business Service. If this is for a personal server (nothing high volume or public that would get you noticed for TOS) you can make use of Dynamic DNS instead.
